Parenting Plan Worksheet
Who do the children live with? What about holidays? What about school trips, doctor's appointments, religion, and after school activities? How will communication be handled? Just who is responsible for what?
The Parenting Plan Worksheet is one of the most comprehensive documents available for helping parents sort out these matters. It consists of 12-pages, designed to assist parents discuss, negotiate and settle the child's schedule between the parents as well as parental responsibilities. You fill in the blanks and answer questions to create your own plan.
Parents can complete the document on their own, together, or with the help of a professional. They can compare their plans and use them as a tool for discussion, negotiation or mediation.
The Parenting Plan Worksheet is available in two file formats. Both can be downloaded and saved to your computer. The PDF format requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view.
